How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 1pm ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the following business day
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the of the way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
What items are eligible for a return?
To be eligible, items must be purchased directly from illumibite, unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@illumibite.com to request a return. If approved, you’ll need to mail the item/s back in its original packaging at your expense. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, though bank processing times may vary.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Inspect your illumibite upon receipt. Contact us immediately if its defective, damaged, or not working as intended so we can resolve the issue.
Can I exchange my item for a different color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return unopened, eligible items and place a new order.
What is illumibite’s warranty?
1 year warranty covering battery, electronics, lighting components, and overall functionality. It also covers the bite grip, bite grip cover, and flashlight housing if defects are identified as a quality issue at the time of purchase or upon first use.
